How long does delivery take?
UK deliveries usually take 3–4 working days with our couriers, Yodel and DPD; international deliveries 5–7 working days, depending on the destination. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch.
How do you handle returns?
You can return a piece within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it’s unused and in the condition you received it. Please email us before sending anything back; return postage is paid by the buyer. Full details are in our return policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the US, Canada, Australia, Israel, Switzerland, Norway and a range of European countries. Duties and import VAT may apply on arrival depending on your country. See our delivery page for the full list of countries and rates.
Are these pieces dishwasher safe?
Hand-painted Talavera is best washed by hand. Check the care notes on each product page before using a dishwasher.
