This cream and yellow rug carries an authentic Oaxaca pattern: cream panels with green star medallions and blue and red motifs, alternating with golden yellow bands of colourful diamonds. Both ends are finished with a white fringe.
It is woven by hand in Oaxaca from 100% sheep’s wool. Locally sourced fleece is spun on a traditional wheel, coloured with organic dyes and woven on a loom, and the construction makes it durable enough for areas with heavy foot traffic.
Use it as a runner in the hallway or kitchen, as an extra layer of texture in the living room, or as a meditation rug in a quiet space. Dry clean or hand wash only; not suitable for washing machines or tumble dryers.
