This little three-legged Talavera-style bowl has a glossy terracotta-brown rim and outside, with white scallops and dots around the base. Inside, a floral and geometric motif is painted in orange, light blue, purple, green, yellow and red beside a dotted lattice. It is just right for serving dips, sauces and gravy.
Every bowl is moulded, painted and glazed by hand by artisans from the Dolores Hidalgo region of Mexico and sourced from small businesses and independent crafters, so small differences in design and colour, and very minor imperfections, are part of its character.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and soap; not dishwasher safe. It also makes a lovely housewarming gift.
