The maker
Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. UK deliveries usually take 3–4 working days. We also ship to a range of countries abroad — see our delivery page for rates.
This Talavera-style napkin holder is painted with a turquoise lattice and floral design in the Mexican folk art tradition. It is the right size for standard napkins, for everyday meals, special occasions or garden parties.
Each holder is moulded, painted and glazed by hand using traditional techniques, from locally sourced clay, in the region of Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. It is sourced from independent crafters in small communities.
Durable and easy to clean: wipe clean, not dishwasher safe.
