Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

This Talavera-style wall hanging cross has a rich dark blue glaze, hand-painted with a flowing light blue floral design outlined in black and dotted with white. A small hole at the top makes it easy to hang.
It is made in Mexico using traditional techniques: each cross is moulded and finished by hand from locally sourced clay, so every piece is slightly different.
Display it as a religious symbol or simply as a decorative piece. It is sturdy enough for indoor and outdoor use.
