Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

This Talavera-style wall hanging cross is hand-painted in a vibrant multicoloured pattern: a rich sky blue glaze with intricate details in red, green and orange.
Each cross is moulded and finished by hand by artisans in the region of Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico, using locally sourced clay and traditional techniques, so no two are exactly alike.
Hang it as a religious symbol or as a decorative accent. The sturdy glazed clay makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
