The maker
Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. UK deliveries usually take 3–4 working days. We also ship to a range of countries abroad — see our delivery page for rates.
This Talavera-style ceramic ashtray is hand-painted in yellow, vibrant orange and purple. Its deep dish holds several cigarettes and their ash without spilling.
It is handcrafted from locally sourced clay by skilled artisans in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. As each ashtray is moulded, painted and glazed by hand, no two are identical.
The intricate design adds charm to any room or outdoor space, and the ashtray is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
