Each tile carries an ornate traditional Mexican floral pattern, painted and glazed by hand: orange and red flowers with dark green leaves and yellow scrolls on a white ground, framed by a black scalloped border, with the number in black.
The tiles are made entirely by hand from locally sourced clay by an independent business in Dolores Hidalgo, so colour and finish vary slightly and no two are exactly alike.
Use them as house or mailbox numbers, or indoors as decorative wall art for a special date or anniversary. They also make a lovely housewarming gift. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use; to fix them, use an outdoor-ready adhesive suitable for the wall surface.
