The maker
Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. UK deliveries usually take 3–4 working days. We also ship to a range of countries abroad — see our delivery page for rates.
This Talavera-style half-moon face is covered in a rainbow floral pattern, with red and green to the fore and rich white details.
It is painted and glazed by hand in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico, so shape and colour vary slightly from piece to piece. Our Talavera-style ornaments come from small business owners in Mexico.
A hollow in the back makes it easy to hang. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, brightening up a garden, patio or neutral room, and makes a lovely gift.
