Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

This large Talavera-style parrot has a vibrant green head, multicoloured floral motifs and a red, yellow and turquoise crest.
It is made from locally produced clay and painted and glazed by hand by crafters in the region of Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. As each parrot is handmade, patterns and colours vary slightly.
Two holes in the back make it easy to fix. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use — hang it among plants in the garden, or in a kitchen or living room.
