Product details

This Talavera-style parrot is painted in vibrant yellow, with a pattern of colourful floral motifs and a blue crest, all painted and glazed by hand.

It is handmade by artisans in the region of Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico, from locally produced clay, and sourced from local crafters who keep the traditions of decorative Talavera pottery alive. As each parrot is made by hand, pattern and colour vary slightly.

Two holes in the back make it easy to fix. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, among the plants in the garden or in a kitchen, bedroom or living space, and makes a lovely gift for animal lovers.
