The maker
Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. UK deliveries usually take 3–4 working days. We also ship to a range of countries abroad — see our delivery page for rates.
This 35 cm Talavera-style cactus has a rich turquoise glaze with intricate hand-painted details in red, blue, yellow and orange.
It is made in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico, from locally sourced clay. Each cactus is moulded and finished by hand by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, so no two are exactly alike.
Two holes in the back let you hang it on a wall, indoors or outdoors — a bright, summery accent for any living space.
