Most of the colourful ceramics we carry — kitchenware, flower pots, wall décor and house numbers — come from Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato, a town known for its hand-painted pottery, tiles and house-number plaques. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two are exactly alike.

This Talavera-style flower pot has an oval shape and a glazed finish, hand-painted in dark blue with warm floral accents.
It is made by traditionally trained artisans from locally sourced clay, then moulded and finished by hand, so no two pots are identical. Its region of origin is Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
The pot is durable enough to withstand the elements and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Plant it with flowers, herbs or succulents for the garden or patio.
